The following series of “interviews” were written in the spirit of Kurt Vonnegut’s “The Art of Fiction #64” which he did for the Paris Review. These days, it’s much more common for authors to interview themselves. There are websites with sections devoted to them—see SmashWords, for example but back in 1972, it was considered an eccentric anomaly. Thankfully, not anymore.
